Delivery:

All items are dispatched Royal Mail 2nd Class. It can take up to 7 working days for your goods to arrive. If you haven't received your order after 7 working days then please contact us on the relevant customer service email found on the Contact Us page.

We also offer Next Day Signed For delivery through Royal Mail, for UK deliveries. You must place your order before 1pm to be eligible for next day delivery.

All orders being shipped outside of the UK are subject to duty, VAT and local taxes. 

Before placing an order we advise that you check the receiving countries import fees as these may be applicable on international orders.

As part of our company ethos, we try to be as green as possible. Therefore all our packaging, including gift packaging, is fully recyclable.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you'd like to return or exchange a product, please email our Customer Care team at orders@rosierooslondon.com within 14 days of receipt. Within your email, please include your order number, proof of purchase and the item(s) you would like to return for a refund or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please also include item(s) you'd like to exchange it for. 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on personalised items as well as teethers due to hygiene and public health reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned new, unused and in original Rosie Roo’s London packaging. We can only accept back whole items, sets, multipacks etc are considered one and cannot be partially returned. Please note original shipping charges, gift wrapping, gift cards and e-vouchers are also non-refundable. 

We do not accept returns for items not purchased on rosierooslondon.com. If you purchased a Rosie Roo's London product from anywhere other than rosierooslondon.com then please reference the return policy of the company you purchased it from. 

If you are not the original purchasers (it was a gift) a gift card will be issued to the email address of your choosing for the value paid.

Customers are responsible for return postal charges. 

Once received, returned items are processed within 10-14 working days back on the original purchase method.

Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if for any reason there is a faulty product or we have made a mistake with the personalisation. We will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly.
